You can optionally benefit from it under the following conditions:
- Camping pitch: €12 per stay (up to 1 month)
- Rental: €19 per stay (up to 1 month)
Before your departure or during your stay, the cancellation insurance covers the termination fees if one of the following events occurs:
- Serious illness, serious accident, or death affecting: yourself or your spouse (or declared partner), one of your ascendants or descendants, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law,
- Unforeseeable complications of pregnancy before the 7th month,
- Significant material damage to your personal property requiring your presence,
- Economic redundancy (layoff),
- Obtaining a permanent employment contract,
- Accident or theft of your vehicle or caravan occurring during the journey.
Exclusions:
- Accidents, illness, or death occurring before the insurance becomes effective, or previously diagnosed, treated, relapsed, worsened, or requiring hospitalization, or affecting a person over 80 years old,
- Nervous depression requiring hospitalization of less than 3 days, cosmetic treatments, medical cures, voluntary termination of pregnancy, in vitro fertilization, known and foreseeable pregnancy complications at the start of the insurance, accidents caused by a pre-existing disability,
- Epidemics, pollution, natural disasters,
- Legal proceedings,
- Cancellation by the subscriber themselves.
In case of a claim, you must immediately inform the campsite management, no later than within 24 hours, and provide all required information and documents.
